§ 68. Mr. MORTONasked the President of the Local Government Board if he will see that, where one member of a family joins the Royal Naval Reserve in terms of the Military Service Act, 1916, and has not yet been called up, no injury is thereby done to another member of the same family by any tribunal to which he may be appealing refusing to recognise the first member as effectively transferred to-the Naval Reserve, and will issue instructions to that effect?
§ Mr. HAYES FISHERMy right hon. Friend does not think it necessary to issue special instructions on this matter. It is for the tribunal to take due account of all facts relevant to a case.
