Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTTasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he has received and submitted to His Majesty's Government a resolution passed by the corporation of the city of Glasgow urging that the liquor traffic be prohibited in Scotland during the continuation of the War, and that equitable provision be made for those who are affected thereby; and whether the Government proposes to take any action in this respect?
