asked whether any opportunity will be given to the House to discuss the Interim Report of the Consultative Committee on Scholarships for Higher Education; and whether any opportunity will be given to discuss the proposals now under the consideration of the Government for the entire revision of the system of education in this country, particularly in regard to the growing importance of education in science?

An opportunity for raising these matters was given on Tuesday.

Will the right hon. Gentleman refer to the matter a little more closely, in view of the fact that the scheme I have in view is a large national scheme of education, far more magnificent than any scheme which is in the Report?
