Mr. HARCOURTUnder Section1 of the Act of January last, relating to businesses carried on wholly or mainly for the benefit of or under the control of enemy subjects Orders have been made by the Board of Trade for the winding-up of two firms in Scotland. Notice of these Orders appeared in the "Edinburgh Gazette," of the 14th April and the 4th July.
