Mr. SAMUELThe police have no knowledge of the alleged occurrence at the Theatre Royal, nor was it reported to the Provost-Marshal. Soldiers have been hooted in the streets of Dublin upon a few occasions. The police have orders to arrest offenders.
§ Major NEWMANIf I send the right hon. Gentleman a sworn affidavit by those who have seen these occurrences will he have the matter inquired into?
