Mr. PONSONBYasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has had any official information to the effect that the German Chancellor has authorised a statement in the semi-official "North German Gazette" to the effect that he endorses the speech delivered by Herr Scheidemann at Breslau, when the latter opposed all territorial acquisition by Germany; and whether he has any other information confirming this view of the Chancellor's attitude?
