§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Acland)A maximum sum of £145,000 was voted for special grants to universities, etc., in respect of losses due to the War, especially in fees from male students who have enlisted. The final allocation of this sum has not yet been settled.
