§ Mr. TENNANTThe order in which commissions are given to members of Officers' Training Corps depends primarily on the recommendation of the commanding officer. The question whether the candidate was married or unmarried would be secondary, and in the majority of cases would not necessarily arise at all, but I believe that the various Officers' Training Corps are predominantly composed of the unmarried.
