§ Sub-section (2) of Section one of the principal Act shall have effect as if after 834 the words "in any case in which they think fit may" there were inserted the words "and in the case where the difference is a difference between an employer and persons employed which appears to the Board of Trade a bonâ fide difference and which the Board have failed to settle by such steps as aforesaid, shall within twenty-one days from the date of the report."—[Mr. Lloyd George.]
