Mr. PEASEThe matter has been discussed with the military authorities, and it is regretted that, in view of the increasing difficulty of providing for the transport of the mails, it is undesirable to encourage the dispatch of larger parcels by extending the present weight limit of 7 lbs. per parcel for the Expeditionary Force.
