§ 72. Mr. CURRIEasked the Secretary for Scotland whether his attention has been drawn to the statement that sound signals against aircraft dangers are not to be utilised within the muncipal boundaries of Edinburgh, but that they are to be used in a village immediately adjoining it; and whether these orders are used by one authority and are regarded by such authority and by his Department as suitable in the circumstances?
Mr. McKINNON WOODI am informed that the municipal and county authorities are agreed that sound signals are undesirable, and that any instructions to the contrary have been withdrawn.
