Mr. RUNCIMANI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave on 14th October last to a similar question addressed to me by the hon. Member for Mid-Lanark. The periodical issue of statements comparing the wholesale prices of leading commodities with those prevailing before the War, which was at that time in contemplation, has since been carried out.
