§ The SECRETARY for SCOTLAND (Mr. Munro)As my hon. and learned Friend has frequently been informed, the control of the matters referred to rests with the justices themselves, and any complaint regarding the arrangements for the constitution of their Courts should be addressed to the justices of the jurisdiction concerned.
