KINLOCH-COOKEasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he 1823 is aware that many temporary captains of the Royal Army Medical Corps on active service are receiving higher pay than Regular captains who are their superior officers and who in some cases are in command of the units to which such temporary officers are attached; and whether he will consider the advisability of rectifying this apparent inconsistency?
