§ 95. Mr. THOMASasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Local Government Board whether he has received representations with regard to the case of Thomas Cockeram, of Meynell, Langley, near Derby, which was dismissed by the Derbyshire Appeal Tribunal without Cockeram having an opportunity of being present or being represented at the hearing of this case; and, in view of the 1273 hardship of the man being refused a rehearing, as he had no notice of the hearing, whether he will advise the tribunal to grant a rehearing in this case?
