ROBERTSasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the reported decision of the French Government to requisition alcohol for national defence purposes and to suppress its ordinary consumption during the War, he is in a position to make a statement as to the necessity of taking further restrictive measures in this country in regard to the manufacture and consumption of intoxicating liquors?
