asked the Minister of Munitions if steps are being taken to permit the agricultural implement manufacturers in England and Wales, now 620 engaged wholly or mainly in producing material for the Ministry, to make good the shortage of agricultural machinery and implements, with a view to the greater production of home-grown food in 1917?
