§ Resolved, "That a sum, not exceeding £65,190, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the - Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1917, for the Expenses of the General Prisons Board in Ireland and of the Establishments under their control, the Registration of Habitual Criminals, and the Maintenance of Criminal Lunatics confined in District Lunatic Asylums."
