§ Mr. FORSTERA statement was made yesterday by my right hon. Friend, in reply to the hon. Baronet the Member for Roxburgh, which answers to a large degree the last part of this question. As regards the first part I cannot, I fear, say that the general health of the troops in Mesopotamia has been good. Every effort is, however, being made to combat the sources of disease, and the Sanitary Committee in the Mediterranean has been sent to Mesopotamia to assist the local military authorities.
