LAW(by Private Notice) asked the Secretary for War whether there are still a large number of Irish agricultural labourers being arrested in Glasgow and elsewhere for military service and handed over to the military authorities; if that is contrary to the Act, they being persons not ordinarily resident in Great Britain, and if he will take immediate steps to prevent these occurrences?
