Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTTasked the Prime Minister whether he has considered 1051 the proposal that the Rhodes scholarships hitherto allotted to Germany should now be allotted to those parts of the British Empire to which at present no Rhodes scholarships are allotted; and whether he proposes to make any recommendation on the subject?
