CORNWALLasked whether facilities will be given so that British creditors of enemies who have property and money in this country can apply for a vesting order of such property and money under the Trading With the Enemy Acts at any time and notwithstanding the long vacation or other vacations of the Courts; and whether effect will be given to all such orders so obtained during the same periods?
§ Sir G. CAVEApplications for a vesting order in respect of enemy property may be made to the vacation judge, and immediate effect will be given to any orders which he may make.
