HC Deb 08 August 1916 vol 85 c875
95. Sir E. CORNWALL

asked whether facilities will be given so that British creditors of enemies who have property and money in this country can apply for a vesting order of such property and money under the Trading With the Enemy Acts at any time and notwithstanding the long vacation or other vacations of the Courts; and whether effect will be given to all such orders so obtained during the same periods?

Sir G. CAVE

Applications for a vesting order in respect of enemy property may be made to the vacation judge, and immediate effect will be given to any orders which he may make.
