WASONasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he will state on what grounds the Admiralty refuse to carry mails only from Scrabster to Scapa, or to allow any other person to carry mails only; if this action on the part of the Admiralty is purely bureaucratic; and, if so, will he present an appeal to Admiral 492 Jellicoe to relax the conditions which are crippling the entire trade and commerce of an important county?
