HC Deb 02 August 1916 vol 85 c294
22. Mr. P. WHITE

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he has increased the Irish Advisory Committee, formed in connection with the purchase of wool, by the addition of the names suggested to him by Irish representatives?

Mr. FORSTER

I have considered the representations made to me by the hon. Member and other of his colleagues, but I have not been able to adopt their suggestion. It is considered that the Committee as at present constituted is already sufficiently representative of all the interests concerned.

Mr. WHITE

Having regard to the unsatisfactory answer, I will raise this question on Adjournment to-night.
