§ Resolution reported,
§ 21. "That on and after the twenty-ninth day of September, nineteen hundred and fifteen, until the first day of August, nineteen hundred and sixteen, there shall be charged on all films imported into Great Britain or Ireland for the purpose of the exhibition of pictures or other optical effects by means of a cinematograph or 1084 other similar apparatus, the following Customs Duties, namely:—
