§ Resolution reported,
§ 4. "That in addition to the duties of Customs now payable on chicory imported into Great Britain or Ireland there shall, on and after the twenty-second day of September, nineteen hundred and fifteen, 846 until the first day of. August, nineteen hundred and sixteen, be charged the following additional duties, that is to say:—

§ And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913."
