asked the Secretary for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government proposes to apply to the Prize Court for the condemnation and confiscation of enemy property captured under the provisions of the Order in Council of 11th March, 1915; and, if not, what is proposed to be done with such property or with the proceeds of the sale thereof?
