asked the Secretary for Scotland whether the regulations with regard to lighting in the case of Scotland are those which apply to the West Coast of England; whether the regulations are the same for the East Coast of Scotland as the West; and whether there are any distinctions for different places on the East Coast of Scotland and, if so, what?
