HC Deb 23 September 1915 vol 74 c560
46. Commander BELLAIRS

asked the Prime Minister whether further experience, since his last pronouncement, has led to a change in the Government's policy by which the War is conducted under the supervision of a Cabinet of twenty-two members; and whether he can arrange to reduce the number by two-thirds?

The PRIME MINISTER

I do not propose to make any change in the composition of the Cabinet.
