§ 27. Resolved, That the rate at which Super-tax is charged for the current year (and for any succeeding year for which Super-tax is charged) shall be altered so as 434 to charge every pound of the excess charged under Section three of the Finance Act, 1914, as amended or applied by any subsequent Act—
