§ 14. Resolved, That the temporary increase of the duties on motor spirit shall not operate so as to increase the allowance or repayment in respect of the duty now made to persons using motor spirit for certain purposes.
§ And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913.—[The Chancellor of the Exchequer.]
