19. Resolved, That on and after the twenty-ninth day of September nineteen hundred and fifteen, until the first day of August nineteen hundred and sixteen, there shall be charged on any hats (including all forms of headgear) imported into Great Britain or Ireland a Customs Duty of an amount equal to thirty-three and one-third per cent, of the value of the article.—[The Chancellor of the Exchequer.]
