§ Mr. BRACEAs my right hon. Friend has already stated, he is in communication in this matter with the Local Government Board, who have power under the Motor Car Act to regulate the speed of motor vehicles. Further consideration is necessary of the questions that arise, but I hope it will be possible to announce a decision shortly.
