§ Mr. BOOTHIs my hon. Friend aware that his predecessor called this Advisory Committee repeatedly, not merely for the discussion of Regulations, but of questions of high policy? Will the hon. Member take the trouble to look up the minutes?
Mr. ROBERTSI have also taken the trouble to look at the Act, and I do not think that any Regulations have been drafted that would really justify the heavy expenditure involved in collecting these numerous people from all parts of the United Kingdom.
