§ Mr. HOGGEMay I ask the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that he proposes to take on Thursday, after the Postal and Telegraph Rates Bill, the Lords Amendments to the Naval and Military Pensions Bill, and that these Amendments have altered the structure of the Bill, he can state what is the attitude of the Government towards those Amendments, so that we may know our position in reference to that discussion; and whether, in view of the important business which is to precede that Bill on Thursday, he can postpone it until next week?
