§ Sir H. VERNEYSpecial meteorological forecasts will be available to farmers on the same conditions as in former years, but they will be limited to periods not exceeding twenty-four hours. The issue of forecasts for longer periods and of notifications of spells of settled weather have been temporarily suspended.
