HC Deb 17 May 1915 vol 71 c1976
36. Sir C. KINLOCH - COOKE

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that a certain amount of dissatisfaction exists amongst men who have joined the National Reserve since 11th August and are thereby debarred from receiving the £5 bounty; and will he consider the advisability of meeting the men's wishes by giving some kind of bounty in the case of men who have joined since that date?

Mr. BAKER

This question was very fully considered at the time the limiting date was fixed, and I regret that I can hold out no hope of an alteration.
