asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is aware that the Allan Line Steamship Company have an assistant shore steward named Couroy engaged at Halifax, Nova Scotia; if he is aware that the steward in question is an Austrian by birth and an ex-officer of the Austrian army; if he is aware that he sleeps on board the ships of the company and superintends troop ships carrying troops from Canada; and if he intends taking any action in the matter?
