Mr. WATTasked the Lord Advocate whether he has had any official complaints from any of the four districts where the procurators fiscal are over seventy years of age as to the difficulty of getting prosecutions entered on by reason of the unwillingness of these procurators fiscal to prosecute; and, if so, will he say what action he has taken, or proposes to take, so that the lieges are properly protected by the prosecution of criminals?
