McNEILLasked the Postmaster-General whether he has completed his inquiry concerning letters and parcels addressed to soldiers on active service and undelivered owing to the death of the addressee; if he will say how many letters and parcels have been undelivered from this cause; how many, when opened, have been found to contain no name of the sender, and how these letters have been dealt with; and whether he will make arrangements by which for the future all parcels undelivered owing to the death of the addressee on active service shall be delivered at the home address of the addressee to be at the disposal of his representatives?
