§ Mr. TENNANTAccording to the information in the possession of the War Office, Slatin Pasha is not serving in or with the Austrian Army. I cannot say what his technical status as regards the Soudan Army may be at the moment, but he is not, so far as I am aware, drawing any emoluments from Soudanese Funds.
