HC Deb 04 May 1915 vol 71 c999
Mr. BONAR LAW

May I ask the Prime Minister what the business will be next Thursday?

The PRIME MINISTER

On Thursday we shall take the Second Reading of the Defence of the Realm Bill, and, if time permit, the Army Act Amendment Bill and other small Bills on the Paper.

Mr. BONAR LAW

Can the right hon. Gentleman answer a question which I put to the Chancellor of the Exchequer last Thursday, as to when he proposes to introduce the Welsh Church Bill?

The PRIME MINISTER

I would rather not answer that at this moment.

Ordered, "That the Proceedings of the Committee of Ways and Means, if under consideration at Eleven o'clock this night, be not interrupted under the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."—[The Prime Minister.]
