§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Dr. Macnamara)The hon. Member's proposal involves a very considerable extension of the present scope of the scheme for distributing War badges. I will take an opportunity of discussing it with my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade, but further than that I am afraid that I can give no undertaking.
