§ Dr. MACNAMARAThe increases announced by the Prime Minister on the 4th March will apply to Admiralty employés at Deptford and the West India Docks as well as to those at Woolwich. The method of applying these increases is under consideration, and I hope that it will be possible to make an announcement on the subject at an early date.
