KINLOCH-COOKEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he can say why a labourer employed in His Majesty's gunwharf at 22s. 8d. a week, and placed on the sick list, was on 5th February given 17s. 3d. for his weekly pay, and since then only 7s. 3d.; whether he is entitled to three-quarters of his pay, namely 17s. 3d. per week; and, if so, will he explain why that sum has not been paid to him?
