Mr. RUNCIMANI can only repeat the answer which I gave to my right hon. Friend on 11th February that the time has not yet come for publishing figures relating to the working of the Government War Risks Insurance Scheme.

Mr. RUNCIMANNo, I am afraid it will not be possible to give any detailed figures while the risks are as they are. During that period we might have losses that would quite upset the estimate.
