§ 48. Mr. SNOWDENasked the Prime Minister if he will issue as a Parliamentary Paper the full text of the correspondence, notes, and communications which passed between the British and German Governments in 1912 on the subject referred to in his speech at Cardiff last October?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for North Somerset on 8th February last, which was to the effect that, after consideration, His Majesty's Government did not think any useful purpose would be served by the publication of further Papers at the present time.
