Resolutions reported from the Select Committee, That, in the case of the Aberdare Urban District Council (Tramways, etc.) [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill. That, in the case of the Liverpool Corporation Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit. That, in the case of the London County Council (General Powers) Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'Wandsworth Borough Council,' the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with. That, in the case of the Metropolitan Water Board Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'Wandsworth Borough Council,' the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with. That, in the case of the Worksop and Bawtry Railway Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on the condition that Clause 13 is struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with.
