§ Dr. MACNAMARAInvestigation has been made into a complaint in regard to the painting of the hull of one of His Majesty's vessels by red-leaders. This, I assume, is the complaint to which my hon. Friend refers. On the evidence before me, it does not appear that there has been any breach of the Fair-Wages Clause, but I propose to go into the matter further.
