§ Mr. TENNANTI understand that the gentleman referred to in the first part of the question was formerly a solicitor. There are four assistant censors in the trade branch. None of these is a retired military man, and they all possess special qualifications to perform the duties with which they are entrusted. I may add that those who are now considering candidates for prospective vacancies will be glad to consider any names the hon. Member may care to put forward.
